Alterledger customer reviews are now on Trustpilot. We previously used vouchedfor, but on the 4th June we started a review page on the Trustpilot site. If you have benefited from Alterledger’s services, why not leave a review?
Why change to Trustpilot?
The vouchedfor website is specifically for accountants and other financial services, but it doesn’t have much brand recognition among the general public. Trustpilot has an easy interface and all reviews are posted automatically without any vetting from the business being reviewed. This means that you can be sure that your feedback will appear on the Trustpilot site.
Trustpilot requires users to sign in by providing an email address or connecting with their facebook / google account. None of these details are shared with Alterledger so you are not providing any personal information to us. You don’t have to provide your full name with the review, but it helps others if you do. If a friend of yours is considering the services of Alterledger, it is really useful to see that someone they know is using Alterledger.
How can I leave a review?
Submit Alterledger customer reviews by clicking on the Trustpilot widget below. We value your feedback and would rather hear directly if you have any concerns about our service, but we promise to deal promptly with all reviews on the Trustpilot website.
It is important to all users of Trustpilot that reviews are genuine. For this reason if you leave a review, Trustpilot may sometimes contact you to check you aren’t a bot generating fake reviews. If you prefer to leave an anonymised review or would like Alterledger to give you a verified link to leave your review, please let us know and we can give you a personalised link.
