How VouchedFor works

The VouchedFor website is like a tripadvisor review site, but for Accountants, Solicitors and Independent Financial Advisers.  Reviews are vetted by the VouchedFor team to ensure that they are genuine customers.  The professionals being reviewed are asked if they recognise the name of the reviewer as a customer, but most importantly they can’t read the review until after it is posted online.  Users of the site can be sure that reviews are representative of the feedback posted with vouchedfor.  Many professionals include testimonials on their own website, but these will generally be heavily edited extracts and certainly nothing negative.

If you want to choose a hotel you might go to tripadvisor in preference to the comments posted on the hotel’s own site, when you choose an accountant you should do the same.  With VouchedFor you know that the reviews have all been written by genuine clients and the comments have not been edited by the accountant.
